- Most tracks start at Beginner and assume basic computer literacy. We provide starter files and walkthroughs. No prior print experience is required.
- Which design tools are used? Link
- We demonstrate in Adobe InDesign and Affinity Publisher, and provide universal concepts so you can adapt to Figma or Sketch for layout exploration.
- How long does printing usually take? Link
- For small runs (50–200), expect 5–10 business days including proofing. Add 2–3 days for specialty finishes or non-standard binding.
- What paper stocks do you recommend? Link
- We suggest 200–250 gsm cover with 120–170 gsm interior for write-friendly surfaces. FSC or recycled options are highlighted in our printing modules.
- Do you offer refunds? Link
- Yes. If a course isn’t a good fit, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We’ll ask for feedback to improve and process an appropriate refund per our Terms.
